■ Renovation / Remodeling Filing Process
One of the biggest challenges in building/home remodel projects is securing local approvals and permits. MLO Group will handle the entire approval/permit submittal package on your behalf and will provide you with a detailed scope of work, drawings showing existing and proposed conditions, contractor’s licenses and insurance and any required processing fees. Our professional staff are skilled and experienced in managing this process on your behalf. Once approved and permits are obtained, work can begin.
■ Pre-Production Design Assistance
Our Design Specialists will work with you as much or as little as you require. If you’d like some assistance picking out finishes or you prefer a complete design transformation using our expertise, we’re there to help. ■ Production

Your assigned Home Build/Remodel Specialist ensures your every question is answered and you are fully aware of the progress of your job. ■ Completion and Quality Assurance
When the project is nearing completion, the Home Build/Remodel Specialist will do a walk through with you to create a “punch list” of items that will be completed to meet your satisfaction. Once these are completed, your two-year workmanship warranty will begin. We know the home building/remodeling process can be a lengthy and demanding challenge, but at MLO Group, we’ll do all we can to minimize hardship and to provide you with the home of your dreams.
